Altadena Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot striping, grading, drainage solutions, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Altadena, CA and surrounding communities in the San Gabriel Valley.
All services are subject to site conditions, material availability, weather, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Free on-site estimates are provided as a courtesy and are non-binding until both parties sign a written contract or work order. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and the scope of work described. Changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, material cost fluctuations, or weather delays may affect the final cost.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in the estimate document. Price adjustments may apply after expiration.
We do not provide binding quotes over the phone or by email without an on-site inspection. Any verbal estimates are approximations only and are not contractually binding.
Job scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone upon execution of a written agreement. Scheduled dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation or remobilization fee as stated in your written agreement.
Asphalt paving and sealcoating require dry conditions and adequate temperature. We reserve the right to reschedule any job if weather conditions at the time of the work do not meet manufacturer requirements for the materials being used.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract or work order for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods are specified in your written agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees or interest as permitted under California law.
